Request deletion
Request deletion of your Utsav Poster (Utsav Poster Wala) account and associated cloud data by emailing [email protected] from your registered account email. You may also request deletion of selected cloud drafts or media while keeping your account; describe what should be removed in the request. Subject: Utsav Poster account/data deletion. Do not send passwords or OTPs.
What is removed
After ownership verification, the support process removes the account, profile, associated private cloud drafts/media, preferences and notification registrations from active services. If specific information must be retained for lawful/security reasons, we will explain the reason and applicable period.
What you remove on your device
Delete individual local drafts in My Posters. Gallery downloads, copied files and items shared to other apps remain under your control and must be deleted separately. Uninstalling can remove app-private local drafts.
What happens next
We verify account ownership and the scope of the request, process eligible deletion, and confirm completion after checking the relevant systems. Email support to follow up on a request. A prepared email is not a deletion confirmation.
