These terms apply to Utsav Poster Wala and its website. Use the service lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for your account access and for checking your completed design before sharing.
Your photos and content
You retain your rights in content you upload. You permit us to process, render, store and transmit it only as needed to provide the features you choose. Do not upload material that infringes privacy, copyright or other rights.
Artwork and templates
The collection includes AI-generated devotional artwork. It does not grant exclusive rights in religious symbols, public figures or third-party works. Do not represent generated imagery as documentary evidence or verified historical photography.
Availability and backups
Some features depend on Android capabilities, internet access, third-party services or the connected backend. Keep independent copies of important exports. Local drafts can be removed by uninstalling or clearing app data.
Accounts and deletion
Provide accurate account information. Do not share passwords or impersonate others. Account/data deletion requests can be made through the app or this page and require ownership verification.
Advertising and payments
Ads and paid subscriptions are not enabled in the current release. No payment checkout is offered through this website. If this changes, pricing and relevant terms will be shown before purchase.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the service for harassment, hate, illegal material, malicious files, impersonation, unauthorized access or automated abuse. We may restrict misuse and review reported content. Contact [email protected] to question a restriction.
Limits and statutory rights
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted operation or error-free generated content cannot be guaranteed. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact support about a problem before relying on an important action.
