Information you provide
Selected photos, logos, names, messages and poster documents are processed to create your designs. Local drafts are stored in app-specific storage. Account email, user ID and profile preferences are processed when you choose Google or Email sign-in.
Accounts, server storage and sync
Firebase Authentication provides account sign-in. Account/profile metadata uses Cloud Firestore. Cloud backup is off by default. If you enable it, your selected editable designs and their photos/logos are stored in your private account using Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage for Firebase. Local editing does not upload your entire gallery. Public templates, status images and wallpapers are delivered from our hosting server.
Permissions
The Android system picker lets you select specific photos. Notifications are optional. The app does not request microphone, location, camera, contacts or phone-state access. Admin push updates require your explicit opt-in and Android notification permission; you can disable them in Notification settings. Older Android versions may request storage permission for Gallery exports.
Advertising and third-party services
Ads are OFF by default. In a configured ads-enabled release, you may voluntarily watch a rewarded Google Mobile Ads video to remove the Utsav logo from one exported image. A normal download with the logo remains available. The ad SDK may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the advertising service. Consent forms are shown where required, and ad privacy choices are available in app Settings when required. Our Android build does not request the advertising ID permission. Google sign-in and Firebase process data under their own policies; see Google Privacy Policy. Development/review builds can use test ads. Sharing sends the selected file to the app you choose. We do not automatically post to social accounts.
Retention and deletion
Local drafts remain until you delete them, clear app data or uninstall. Account information and any opted-in cloud content are retained to provide the service until deletion is processed. Any legally required or security-related retention will be explained when applicable. Exported Gallery files and copies shared to other providers must be removed separately. Website preferences and security
This landing website uses no analytics trackers by default. A colour-theme preference may be stored locally in your browser. Hosting infrastructure may keep operational/security logs. Private media is intended to require authenticated access; do not upload content you cannot lawfully use.
Your choices and contact
You can manage device permissions, delete local drafts, request account/data deletion and contact us for access, correction or data-use questions at [email protected]. Do not send passwords, OTPs or payment card details.
Children and updates
The service is a general creative tool. Children should use it with appropriate parental supervision and should not upload personal information without required permission. This policy may be updated as enabled services change; the dated published version explains current practices.
